Fall Foliage Season - Friday After Labor Day through Halloween
$2000 weekly

Holiday Season - November through December 20th
$1800 weekly

Ski Season - Christmas Day through April 1st

Maple and Mud Season - Extended Stays Only, *must have 4WD vehicle.

(*After the snows of central Vermont melt, our road becomes quite muddy. If you are ready to write a book, this would be a great time to hunker down and get to it! Adverse road conditions make this an option for only the most rugged travelers.)

Growing Season - May Day through Labor Day Weekend
$1800 weekly

The Guest House rents by the week, with a Saturday turnover date. Nights may be added/reduced, depending on availability. Month-long and extended stays offer special pricing, depending on the season and availability. To maintain highest quality care and sanitation of the space, we charge a cleaning fee of $250 per booking (per week for extended stays).

All reservations are subject to 9% Vermont Sale of Rooms & Meals tax.

Bed and Breakfast Reservations

Fall Foliage Season - Labor Day through Halloween
$275 per night

Stick Season - November through December 20th
$250 per night

Ski Season - Christmas Day through April 1st

Mud Season - Closed April 1st through May 1st
